- Providing advice and representation to banks, insurers, and financial intermediaries, including trust and asset management companies, particularly in supervisory matters, representation in cases involving the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) or other supervisory bodies, and support during approval processes
- Management of court cases and other proceedings for financial market participants and their clients operating in the same sector
- Providing advice to financial institutions and their clients in matters concerning international legal assistance and international administrative assistance
